Job Description
The Client Audit/Support Senior Analyst will be responsible for investigating and responding to all client-specific manufacturer rebate questions initiated by client audits, Trade, Underwriting, Account Management, or the clients themselves. This position will also be responsible for producing client-specific reporting and files from a manufacturer rebate perspective. It will support those clients who utilize the CVS Caremark rebate system to administer their own client-specific and contracted set of rebate contracts.
This position will interface closely with our Rebate Research, Claims, and Invoice teams in order to satisfy all client-specific requirements and answer all questions, and to limit client service warranty payouts arising from incorrect invoice submissions.
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of relevant experience, including financial, analytical and/or other related business field
1 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with rebate invoicing, payments, reconciliations, or formulary research
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Deep understanding of CVS Caremark Benefit Design and Formulary
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug products, and manufacturer rebate contracts
Ability to query data via SQL and other data analytic tools
Education
Bachelors degree required
