"Great Place to Work Overall"

Pros

I have been working at LendingClub full-time for less than a year - It's not just the job. It's the pay, the benefits, the perks, and MOST importantly, the culture. Everyone is very helpful and willing to improve. Training is very thorough and I felt very ready to tackle the job.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything. The Lehi office is still under construction, but they are handling the changes well and keeping things running as smoothly in the mean time.

Advice to Management

Keep it up! Love you guys, honestly.
