great management and good teamwork

Pros

I love working in CVICU because you can always rely on each other and you are never alone.

Cons

the hardest part is having high acuity but not compensation for the number of cardiac devices you take or train for. I wish they would offer an incentive or a bonus when one is to take on more device training.
