This job could be much better with good management and a better job culture.

Cons

As an inside salesperson, I have experienced awful management and can only describe the job culture as a hostile environment. I like my manager on a personal level, but he does not manage the personnel at the store well. The warehouse personnel are extremely difficult to work with, as they have very poor attitudes in general. With the right management and personnel in place, this could be a much better job.
