Productive- Fast paced work with a ping pong tables and couches for break.

Pros

Working at DTE Energy was my first experience in inbound calls and seemed to be pretty exciting to begin with. I enjoyed most having my own cubicle and being able to decorate it. Over time however, the calls and the work began to seem very redundant and repetitve. This is the type of job for someone who enjoys routine and is okay with working hard for minimal to no room for advancement or pay.--Routine job-no real changes day to day.

Cons

No real work-life balance, and if you call off more than 3 times for WHATEVER the reason you are immediately terminated.This is a place that doesnot believe in mental health days/ funerals/ doctor appointments/ and definitely no consideration if you have children period.--No consideration for anything outside of work. No work-life balance.
