Great team members and a balance- pace working environment. Work usually gets busy for three weeks and gets slow for two weeks. Employees equally have brain-break room to relax and have fund when they feel exhausted or sapped.
Cons
They have a culture of using contract staff for their day to day jobs. In other words, they hire a lot of contract staff instead of full time employees. They equally change technologies a lot
Advice to Management
Changing Technologies frequently could be problematic. I will advice for stability in Technologies they use in performing their day to day activities.
