Enjoyed working at Kinder Morgan and the most of the people that I worked with at Kinder Morgan.

Cons

There is not a work life balance. I traveled with the pipeline acquisition weekly for 6 months before getting the pipeline in the Kinder Morgan database.

Advice to Management

Periodic pay review
