It's a call center
If you are used to fast paced call centers, then this is for you. I didn't really know what to expect when offered the job other than helping people that were involved in a car accident. After being there for about a month in, I realized that I signed up to work for a call center... ( which isn't bad if you are good with multi tasking and being on the phone ALL DAY)! The culture at the office I was at was good. I just couldn't keep up with volume of claims I had to manage. I was still appreciative for the opportunity. Also, they feed you a lot of food
