Th culture is awesome, everyone's friendly also the pay and benefits. The culture is awesome, everyone is friendly. A factor which will make you stay. But the pay and benefits are not good considering the work load. Hope they take care of their employees more to help them avoid loosing a lot of them - Pay is good as well.
