CRST'S DEDICATED SOLUTIONS division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high-quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense. Dedicated Solutions is divided into East and West divisions. 

LOCATION: Cedar Rapids, Iowa  

SCHEDULE: 12-hour rotating schedule (3 days one week, 4 the next). Day (5 AM–5 PM) and night (5 PM–5 AM) shifts available. Shift differential applies.

JOB SUMMARY:

The management, coordination, and execution of warehouse operations. Warehouse operations professionals play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that products and goods are handled with safety, quality and care as they are moved around and monitor inventory levels to ensure warehouse capacity is met for timely and accurate order fulfillment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Sweep small debris out of trailers with push broom or electric leaf blower
Walking the areas picking up loose trash
Reporting dock issues
Similar yard tasks assigned by supervisor
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to effectively communicate
Similar experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work effectively in dusty environments 
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
