What You Can Expect
As the Key Partner / Key Account Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that support ENGIE Resources’ growth across key direct and broker partners in the US. This role will be based at our North American Headquarters in Houston, TX.
In this role you partner closely with key partner and key account sales teams to create actionable marketing plans, build robust sales pipelines, deliver targeted campaigns, and develop customer value propositions and programs for key brokers and growth segments in the US. This role works closely across the ENGIE channel marketing organization to ensure alignment with ENGIE’s brand and strategic priorities.
Key accountabilities include:
Develop Key Partner / Key Account Marketing Plans – You will collaborate with sales leadership to build and execute marketing strategies tailored to strategic customer needs, market dynamics, and growth objectives and aligned with broader strategic ENGIE priorities
Support Demand Generation – You actively develop prioritized prospect lists, provide customer and market insights to inform strategic bets, develop programs focused on driving broker loyalty and engagement, develop and execute targeted campaigns, and support sales conversion across direct and broker channels
Provide Market Intelligence – You will monitor and report on industry and competitive activity, regulatory developments, and customer trends to inform marketing and sales strategies
Manage Key Partner / Key Account Strategic Events – You help in planning and execution of key events in alignment with ENGIE’s brand guidelines and national marketing strategy
Ensure Brand Consistency – You maintain brand standards across all regional marketing outputs, including digital, print, and event materials
What You’ll Bring
You must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
You must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in B2B marketing, in the energy or industrial sectors
You will have a strong understanding of regional energy markets and broker dynamics
You have experience in campaign execution, event planning, and stakeholder engagement
You possess excellent communication and project management skills
You have gained familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Additional Details
Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Must be available to travel up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally on limited occasions
Eligible for a hybrid schedule consisting of in-office and work-from-home opportunities (3 days in office, 2 days remote )
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
