The Amazon CamperForce program brings together a community of enthusiastic RV’ers for seasonal assignments at Amazon facilities. As a CamperForce Associate, you will be able to choose from seasonal assignments in a variety of locations, depending on availability. In addition to standard Amazon benefits, you will receive campground payment benefits and an Assignment Completion Bonus.

As a CamperForce associate, you are being hired as a tier one / class M seasonal associate. As a tier one / class M associate, your job function may include but are not limited to picking, packing, sorting, handling packages between trucks and operating powered industrial trucks (PIT equipment). Working in an Amazon Warehouse

Some tasks will require standing in one place for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours a day), while others involve walking around the facility, including climbing stairs – comfortable, closed-toed shoes are required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older.
Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
Associates must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT): We provide special training to associates if they are chosen to do this role.
Climbing and descending stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs), with or without reasonable accommodation).
Work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines).

Other Requirements

Must reside in an RV for the duration of the assignment.
Must reside in a campground for the duration of the assignment.
