Job Description

Summary:            

The preparation, assembly, and repair of various types of oilfield products. Shipping and Receiving of repaired goods, as well as delivery. Stamping and labeling equipment. Able to operate air tools. Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards. Comply and participate in the company Health and Safety program. Housekeeping of shop and work area. Training of new employees. Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

The preparation, assembly, repair, installation and inspection of various types of oilfield products.
Stamping and labeling equipment.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards.
Housekeeping of shop and work area.
Assembly and disassembly of Frac radiators and all types of oil coolers.
Assists more experienced Technicians, training of new employees.
Assignments are received in specific terms and are checked for completeness and accuracy.
Uses standard procedures in completing assignments.
Advanced computer literacy is required.

Skills/Knowledge

Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Able to operate air tools
Ability to read blue prints, follow instructions, and read measurements.
Work in a fast paced environment.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
Possess basic written communication skills.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license required.

Experience

2+ years of related experience.

This segment supplies production equipment, including well site production and process equipment; and a range of industrial and process valves. The company was formerly known as Forum Oilfield Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. in August 2010. Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
