Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team to align quality culture and programs with business strategy to improve project performance. You will manage Quality Management System certification and assessment and oversee the review and evaluation of project quality and execution plans. Your leadership will elevate organizational competencies and drive quality culture, standards, core programs, and processes.
Major Responsibilities:
Level 1
Contributes to and implements the development, coordination, communication and concurrence with Quality policies, standards, core programs and procedures for use across a large project or small GBU
Builds and drives competency/training program to drive the quality culture and processes across the project or GBU
Participates or leads developing, coordinating, and maintaining the Job Architecture for the Quality function
Manages the enterprise level or project level Quality Management System certification and represents the project/GBU during audits conducted by client, management, or regulatory agencies
Manages the auditing and assessments to verify the effectiveness of the quality system/program/plan
Provides oversight and input to the quality elements of project execution plans and project quality plans
Develops schedule, budgets, and staffing planning for project or GBU quality activities
Manages and coordinates talent acquisition/strategic hires and assignment with Corporate, GBUs (Global Business Unit) and projects (with D&I considerations)
Develops the quality function talent growth strategy including training in coordination with the GBUs and projects
Coordinates, schedules, and communicates project or GBU Management Review requirements with functions to ensure management review goals and objectives are met

Education and Experience Requirements:
Level 1
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience?
Level 2
Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience?
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Working knowledge of the following codes and standards: ISO 9001, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, ASME NQA-1.
Broad knowledge of the quality principles and their application to engineering, ES&H, procurement, construction, start-up, and operations.
Broad knowledge of the application of corrective actions to reconcile nonconforming conditions and prevent future occurrences.
Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions which impact the quality program.
Advanced oral and written communication, change management, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Proficiency in providing direction and on-the-job training to assigned personnel.
Proficiency in managing financial performance.
Proficiency in the use of applicable computer programs.
Experience managing a ASME NQA-1 Quality Program.
Experience managing an ISO Quality Program.
