A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Senior Manager, Sales (Walmart Account), your day will be filled with strategic planning, collaboration, and driving growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction, while identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key clients like Walmart. Analyzing sales data and market trends will be crucial to forecasting sales targets and identifying growth opportunities. Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals will also be a part of your daily responsibilities.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Develop and execute medium-to-long-term strategic plans to grow key accounts and increase sales revenue.
• Gain a deep understanding of key clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, proposing tailored solutions to drive mutual success.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key clients, including negotiation of contracts, terms, and pricing agreements
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or 4+ years of additional experience in place of a Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, retailer buying and planning background.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a track record of successfully closing deals and growing key accounts.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading and managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Self-starter, strong collaborator, effective communicator, and adaptable to ambiguous environments.
• Industry Experience: Apparel experience at Walmart is preferred.
