This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that ensure the safety and protection of Western Union’s CEO and executive leadership. This role involves high-level risk analysis, proactive threat mitigation, and strategic planning to enhance executive security operations globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement executive protection strategies that align with corporate security objectives and mitigate potential risks to the CEO and executive leadership.
Establish a proactive risk management framework, utilizing intelligence-driven assessments to anticipate, analyze, and mitigate threats in real-time.
Build and maintain a network of international security resources to provide seamless protection and crisis response during executive travel.
Oversee and provide close protection services during domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless and secure experience for executives.
Develop crisis response plans and ensure executive readiness for high-risk scenarios, including medical emergencies, political instability, and security threats.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, intelligence organizations, and corporate stakeholders to enhance security effectiveness.
Create and enforce policies regarding executive protection, travel security, and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in executive protection and or/corporate security.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing security strategies for executive leadership at a global level.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain composure under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of crisis management, emergency response, and medical assistance protocols.
Experience working with high-profile executives, law enforcement, and global security agencies.

Salary
The base salary range is $150,000 – $170,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
