Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team in Rochester, New York. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play an integral role in executing marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving the success of campaigns. Responsibilities:
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across teams, vendors, and external partners to maintain schedules and ensure timely campaign launches.
• Plan, organize, and execute events such as webinars, trade shows, and other activities, managing logistics and promotional materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, audience behavior, and opportunities that can inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that enhance brand visibility.
• Support social media and blogging efforts by creating content that drives engagement and builds audience connections.
• Assist in advertisement planning and execution to optimize reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with CRM systems and tools for managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with social media metrics such as Facebook Insights and their application in campaign analysis.
• Strong skills in blogging and crafting content to boost brand awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Knowledge of market research techniques to identify trends and audience preferences.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
