What We're Looking For:

Education: You should have completed at least two years of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You must be enrolled in your third or fourth year of college.
Eagerness to Learn: No prior professional experience is required, but a fundamental understanding of engineering principles is a plus!
 

Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard business applications and specialized engineering software is beneficial.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to solve problems.
Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to group success.
