Overview

The ETF team at GTS is looking for a Sales Analyst to join the team in our New York City office. In this role, you will provide sales and analytical support to the ETF institutional sales desk. As a Sales Analyst, you will support the growth of ETF’s Institutional Business by coordinating internal resources to cover and grow our relationships with clients. Your contributions will enhance our business and customer success by collecting and interpreting data, developing reports, leading client-related tasks and assisting the desk with order management system operations. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:

Provides desk support, on-demand sales team member support. Identifies and prioritizes critical requests and needs.
Creation of client and prospect specific sales reports with particular attention to detail. Researching client prospects, open new opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:

B.A. or B.S. degree from a leading university in Finance, Business or other relevant field of study
Fluent in Spanish. The interviews with the business will be held in Spanish and English.
1+ year of relevant full-time experience with demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, investment industry, investment products, or other related financial area
Ability to conduct and present thorough research on potential clients, competitors and other sales process stakeholders
Well versed in Microsoft business tools
Credible and confident with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
Proven analytical, technical, and systems skills
Self-starter and able to demonstrate initiative
FINRA industry licensing is preferred but we would be willing to sponsor if the candidate is a proved excellent test taker.

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $120,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
