Job Overview
Prometric is seeking an Assessment Development Intern that will support the Assessment Development & Psychometrics team’s activities on various projects. As an intern, you will be involved in helping the team with researching programs and documenting processes. The pay rate for this role is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Create a repository of resources for state-based projects (state standards, test specifications, style guides, sample items, etc.) to help support Generate K12 model development.
Help with initial creation of formative item banks using Generate.
Standardize documentation created by the team and help with the organization of files, folders, etc.
Research CTE programs and pathways for microcredentialing & badging.
Help with transfer of Prometric-owned content from one system to another.
Provide administrative support as needed for the team, including organizing documents, tracking progress, and maintaining records.
Qualification Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Measurement, or other applicable major.
Experience and Skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
Ability to meet quality and productivity metrics;
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong organization and time management skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
