ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Monitor security incidents and provide real time response and reporting to include but not limited to robbery, burglary, internal/external incident reporting and internal/external communications.
* Acknowledge alarms and dispatch emergency personnel as needed.
* Handles security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Contacts Emergency Services, such as Police and Fire Departments.
* Monitor stores via real time camera security systems.
* Provide call center level support utilizing phone and email supporting field operations.
* Monitor and provide support using Access Control software.
* Data entry into multiple security software solutions, also including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Support Company with Security and Loss Prevention needs.
* Prepares and Manages Reports as directed.
* Communicate effectively with the Security Operations Team to assure business continuity.
* Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
* Must display exceptional quality customer service and communication skills.
* Neat and professional appearance.
* Must be able to Multi-Task.
