About the opportunity  

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to lead and support the design, analysis, and administration of our compensation programs. This role will focus on ensuring competitive, equitable, and legally compliant compensation strategies that align with and drive organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation analysis, a strong grasp of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

What You'll get to do:

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of compensation structures, salary bands, and programs. 
Ensure compensation compliance on a global basis and have strong understanding of the various rules and regulations (FLSA, gender pay, over-time, leave of absence etc.)Support audits and maintain accurate compensation documentation and records. 
Develop compensation approaches and solutions to address the various complex compensation challenges in a dynamic, fast paced high tech environment.
Support compensation activities such as merit/promotion cycles, annual equity cycle, and other ad hoc initiatives. 
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for new and existing roles. Provide guidance on job leveling and internal equity across teams and departments. 
Maintain compensation databases and compensation business systems.
Lead the creation of training materials and communications for compensation programs.
Participate in salary survey submissions.
Partner with HR business partners, recruiters, and leadership to advise on compensation-related matters, including offers, promotions, and adjustments. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing education and training on compensation practices and tools.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives, such as pay transparency, DE&I, and/or ad hoc projects. 

Skills and Experience We Value:

5+ years of progressive compensation experience
BA/BS degree in human resources, business, manage mentor finance
Advanced Excel expertise. Strong analytical ability and spreadsheet usage; synthesize large amounts of data and translate into meaningful information; use analysis to drive change
Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
Proven experiencing managing projects
Strong detail orientation required. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Strong customer service, problem solving, project management and communication skills required.
Exceptional diligence and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects
Strong level of personal organization and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment.
Be proactive to suggest better ways of doing things
Collaborative team player and self-starter 
Familiarity with Dayforce or other HRIS applications 
Familiarity with Comp Analyst or other market pricing applications
