The Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen Director III is responsible for providing leadership, direction, vision, and managerial oversight to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. The position entails leading all operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards to achieve national benchmarks, system initiatives, and site-based goals. This individual will represent the department by embodying a "Just Cause" culture, driving performance metrics, and working towards standardization as "one system." This job code typically involves overseeing a workforce of 85 or more Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) and/or a managed volume greater than $7 million.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required or will consider experience in lieu of degree as follows: 7+ years of support services, military, housekeeping, environmental services, and/or facilities maintenance experience. 4+ years in a leadership position.
5 Years of Minimum Experience Required in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or Environmental Services
