Responsibilities
Responsible for profit and loss within an account - including budget management, client relationship management, growth service diversification and delivery commitments - by driving thought leadership for the expansion of Capgemini solutions and services within the account
Supervise the financial performance of the account, by implement actions to grow the account, providing inputs for margin improvement opportunities, as well as financial forecasts
Lead sales to delivery handoff ensuring a smooth transition to team
Foster new collaboration opportunities with clients
Align staffing needs by working in partnership with practices' recruitment
Align with client's vision and strategy - bringing best-in-class solutions and services with a focus of diversification across the account to enable long-term growth
Apply phenomenal partnership skills to build new, and maintain existing, relationships with key customer contacts across business. Becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Establish regular cadence with key clients to position Capgemini as the partner of choice
Provide annual feedback and appraisals for account team
Lead RFPs and RFI proposals; including solution definition, financial construct and overall submission quality, including orals coordination.
Shape and close deals with account reviewing all deals for account
Schedule and lead deal reviews handling the overall sales process
Update THOR monthly and lead throughout sales cycle
Required Skills:
15 years of experience in the IT industry and sales
Previously worked in Business Development and account engagement management role(s)
Strong familiarity with Retirement Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, etc.
Previous experience within global teams
Should have handled more than 20 MN clients in the past
