Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for streamlining production processes? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift production team in our Kansas City plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. The scheduled shift for the role is a night shift working 5:45pm - 6:45am on either a 2-2-3 or 4-4 schedule.
From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You’ll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Build your team to be the best as you build capabilities across your team. You will work closely with Operations Managers a role which could provide career advancement opportunities in the future.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Production Line Support – You’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules
Direction and Servant Leadership Result – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators

We’re Looking for Someone With
Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes
High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing
Ability to work evenings.
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
