Associate General Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities
Manage and drive strategy for high-profile litigation and pre-litigation matters, including regulatory litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust, constitutional, and commercial disputes, and other content-related matters
Collaborate with and manage outside counsel Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks
Develop creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes
Coordinate and actively participate in internal discovery activities in partnership with our world-class eDiscovery team
Minimum Qualifications
J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
10+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously
Experience managing high stakes, complex litigation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with technology companies
Experience defending litigation with state and federal regulators
Experience managing class actions
Experience working with cross-functional teams, both legal and non-legal
Trial and appellate experience
