Job Summary
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise partnership to people leaders to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies, rules and practices while providing end to end consultation, compliance and approval support for corrective action, performance improvement and termination processes. Serves as an internal escalation point on complicated matters for Employee Relations Specialists. Assists in the gathering and analysis of employee relations data and provides regular insight to partners on significant trends and potential impact on strategic planning. Generates and leads ad hoc Employee Advisory Services process improvement initiatives. Contributes to the creation and leading of internal training and development opportunities as well as onboarding for new employees. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Conducts impartial, confidential investigations into employee-reported, HR-related concerns; provides recommended actions to local Leadership and collaborates on determining appropriate final resolutions.
5-7 years experience in Employee Relations (performance management or investigations)
Escalates defined matters to appropriate partners and conducts certain investigations of escalated matters at their direction.
Drafts thorough investigation summaries that appropriately document investigations and outcomes in a timely manner.
Prepares, analyzes data, identifies root cause or trends and presents results to partners on agreed upon cadence.
Provides point of contact for employee relations support, guidance and direction to management and field operators.
Assists employees and management with the interpretation of Company policies and other relevant employment and immigration laws and responds to inquiries and concerns.
Conducts employee focus group sessions, employee surveys, and exit interviews to obtain employee feedback as needed. Identifies employee concerns and monitors overall employee satisfaction. Partners with leadership to develop and implement action plans.
Partners with Legal or Compliance and investigates and/or facilitates documentation gathering for all administrative changes, and attorney letters.
Acts as partner to support Security Investigations as needed.
Utilizes and maintains case management system to document investigatory engagement and resolution.
Maintains current knowledge of and ensures compliance with Federal and State employment laws.
Assists with the training and development of fellow team members.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $56,157.85 USD-$131,619.95 USD
