Manager, Contingent Workforce Program – Denver, Colorado

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide valuable support as a key member of the Third-Party Labor Management team.

Role Responsibilities

Manage the planning and implementation of staffing and scheduling for the Operational Third-Party Workforce to ensure contractual goals are met.
Manages global assignments and projects including the VMS centralization of Third-Party Labor workforce technologies and processes.
Manages Program Supplier base to include compliance, standards, and day-to-day Third-Party Labor operational tasks. 

Role Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, plus 5-7 years progressive experience, or equivalent.
VMS experience required.
General understanding of Contingent Labor within the corporate environment. 
Oracle experience preferred, but not required.
Data Analytics to include KPI’s and SLA’s experience preferred, but not required.

Salary

The annual rate range is $93,750.00 – $125,000.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
