About the Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will oversee the management and resolution of outstanding balances in Accounts Receivable, ensuring efficient collection processes that are related to vendor sponsored back-end rebates.  You'll review and action weekly reports related to new and aged claims received from our resellers and internal partners. You will provide insights into open issues and handle customer inquiries. Your role will contribute to maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external resources.

What You'll Do:

Assess new debits related to vendor rebate claims promptly.

Perform intricate account reconciliations independently.

Taking decisive actions for resolving issues that arise

Engage with customers linked to rebate program claims

Optimize performance by communicating with customers, acquiring payment details based on aging, and resolving vendor rebate-related issues.

Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as Credit/Collections, Warehouse, Product Management, Sales, and Vendor credit management team.

Conduct thorough research into collection histories of both new and existing customers.

Resolve complex issues concerning Return, Shortages, Program, and Price related claims generated through debit or short pay, providing timely solutions.

Proactively identify, address, and propose solutions for concerns or red flags, preventing potential problems.

Escalate significant collection or reconciliation matters appropriately.

Evaluate opportunities for process and policy enhancements, offering valuable suggestions.

Undertake special projects with diverse and intricate components as required.

Commit to continuous improvement, aligning with TD SYNNEX Corporation standards.

What We're looking For:

3-5 years of related work experience

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to multitask within a team environment, interacting with individuals at all levels while prioritizing exceptional customer service.

Skilled in analyzing data to understand and identify root causes of issues and offer effective solutions.

Thrives under pressure and efficiently manages high workloads and deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Advanced computer skills encompassing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility in handling a variety of position duties and tasks.

Work independently with minimum supervision.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
