Function Job Description
Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from shelf to field,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
The Data Analytics & Insights Intern role will focus on the evaluation of existing manual data and analytics processes supporting the Customer Service & Logistics organization and assist in identifying, recommending, and developing streamlined solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the data and analytics teams. They will develop processes and solutions that enable quality decision-making and actions to improve execution and reduce technical debt.
This role may support ad-hoc overflow and assist in project development work being performed by the Advanced Analytics team where identified.

Key Responsibilities
Use technical and business skills to create new analytical processes on datasets to deduce insights and solve business problems.
Analyze essential business requirements and transform those business needs into user stories through visualization within a given business area.?
Leverage data analytical tools to develop data solutions that add business value.
Understanding of process and workflow design and management and ability to translate them into tools and technology.
Review exiting reporting practices to identify and implement automation opportunities
Support the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders.
Supports analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs, in accordance with business needs and conforming to agreed standards.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Information Technology.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025.
Must live in or near the Wilkes Barre, PA area (housing or transportation will not be provided for this opportunity).

Compensation
The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $900 - $1,150.
Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
