The Role at a Glance

This position will serve as a resource for analytical and innovative approaches to people data, finding relevant insights, and articulating the story to HR and business clients. This position will proactively engage others in HR and the business to utilize People Analytics tools. This position will design, develop, and continuously improve actionable and more complex reports/metrics that enable the business to make data-based decisions.

What you'll be doing

Consults with HRBPs, HR COEs, and business leaders to identify and understand trends and creates powerful data visualizations to help tell the story. 
Participates in presentations, business meetings, and analytical discussions to share insights.
Gathers business requirements, accurately completes ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and provides meaningful insights.
Develops intuitive and insightful self-service reporting keeping the end-user top of mind.
Engages clients to self-serve content from People Analytics tools.
Researches new People Analytics tools and techniques and provides recommendations. 
Determines approaches and makes improvements to enable accurate tracking of HR data.
Completes data refresh processes and validation of People Analytics tools and documents/resolves data anomalies working with applicable internal/external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
3 - 5+ Years experience in analytics that aligns directly to the responsibility of the role. (Required)

Nice-to-haves: 

Experience with People Analytics tools such as Visier and Medallia preferred.
Experience with Success Factors preferred.
Experience representing information visually (e.g., bars, charts, visualization techniques).
Experience translating information requirements into reporting requirements (e.g., data attributes, report layout, summary / detail view, formulas).
Experience consulting with others to make data-driven recommendations.
Experience succinctly explaining analytical processes and outcomes to a non-technical audience.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience taking initiative on projects with an eye for innovative methods, precision, accuracy, and aesthetically presented results.
