As Site Strategy and Lean Six Sigma GPS Director, you will engage at a site leadership level across the business unit, driving the strategic business plan, delivering continuous improvement through lean six sigma principles, supporting strategy and decision making with critical business insights and developing diverse talent to reach their full potential.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

Strategy deployment for a state of the art clinical and commercial biomanufacturing facility
Delivery of continuous improvement through GSK’s production system (GPS)
Leadership of the site Project Management (PMO) and Training organizations
Accountability for internal and external communication strategy

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering discipline
10 Years of experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industries
4 Years of experience in managing a project management team in one or more of the following: Tech transfer, Engineering, Production, MSAT

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Professional Certifications
Excellent interpersonal skills including clear communication and use of influencing skills across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain a high performing team
Matrix management of on-site, cross functional teams / project leads
Demonstrated reporting of program / project updates to senior management
Demonstrated ability to lead complex problem solves, Operational Excellence certification desirable such as Six Sigma Black Belt
Experience in Strategic Planning and Strategy deployment execution
Change management concepts and practice
