Your Responsibilities:

Fulfills customer orders by selecting, packing, and shipping merchandise
Ensures all picked orders match the customer’s requirements
Reviews sales orders and addendums
Processes returns by following our Return Materials Authorization (RMA) procedures
Assists with inspecting incoming inventory and outgoing inventory
Ensures all returned and newly received merchandise is put away correctly
Helps with cycle counting and other inventory control processes as needed
Correctly enters product information into our internal and vendor systems
Adheres to safety protocols and standards at all times
Assists in keeping the warehouse organized and clean
Assists with loading and unloading merchandise
Uses carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks to receive and move merchandise
Moves, stacks, and stores pallets in accordance with our safety protocols 

Qualifications:

2 + years experience in warehouse shipping and receiving
1+ years' experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts
Experience using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets is required
Experience using various computer programs for inventorying purposes is required
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, squat, walk, reach, kneel and bend is required
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills. Hardworking and dedicated
Diligence and organization in managing information
A self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude

What you need to know:

This is a temporary, part-time hourly position
$20 per hour
Work hours: Monday - Friday, approximately 9:00am - 3:00pm EST
Candidates must be able to commute to Edison, NJ
Candidates must be authorized to work within the United States
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Physical tasks required during working hours: standing, walking, pulling, reaching, kneeling, and bending.
