Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Head Enterprise Partner Management is a leadership role within the newly formed Transformation and Operational Excellence organization, focused on helping to drive speed and agility in enterprise decision making, removing barriers to progress, and accelerating deeper integration across business units and functions. The Transformation and Operational Excellence organization reports through the Chief Operations Officer’s organization.
Roles within the Transformation and Operational Excellence organization will form an excellent entry point into DISH for professionals in equivalent positions, former strategy consultants, business development professionals or high-performing MBA graduates (at respective levels).
Reporting to the VP, Transformation and Operational Excellence, this leader will be responsible for facilitating the synergy and scale across the top enterprise external strategic partners (ie Amazon, Google, Samsung, etc). You will collaborate with the Business leaders for efficiencies and growth, unlocking and accelerating value across Businesses. You will establish and manage an internal business partner management review process and scorecards and will prep the executive team for meetings and review sessions. This role is responsible for driving the internal facilitation and exploration to ensure synergy and scale across business units. While you will not own the line level projects, you will own the portfolio level synergy and review.
Specifically this role will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships at different levels with our top partners.
Being up to date on emerging areas of importance for our partners.
Understand Dish Businesses and priorities and how partners can help.
Identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities across large/strategic business partners.
Facilitating internal and external macro level meetings, tracks action items and progress.
Planning and running semi annual or quarterly partner review process with input from business partners.
Working to share knowledge and drive towards a common goal.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Enterprise Partner Management at companies of similar scale.
Significant listening skills and the ability to build trust relationships at C level.
Practiced at engaging everyone from front-line staff to executive teams.

Ability to see the long term relationship vs short term transactions.

Guidelines:
Undergraduate degree, Masters preferred
Director Level: Minimum 8-10 years
Head of Level: Minimum 5-8 years of experience OR minimum 3 years experience as a strategy consultant
Position is required to be in the Denver metro area. Not a hybrid role.
