This role is responsible for developing clear communications (internal news re: organizational announcements, town halls and forums) across an array of communication platforms (internal sites and social channels), supporting Executive Communications, developing surveys and collecting metrics to develop reports that inform future communication strategic priorities, providing logistical support for EECT events and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Enterprise Engagement and Communications (EECT) initiatives across Janssen NA platforms/channels, including Intranet (Home, Janssen Weekly), Yammer, Infocast, dedicated microsites for our businesses, Janssen mailboxes (organizational announcements, early closures, events), and business reports (JET Acceleration Report)
Provide counsel and enforces governance related to our branding guidelines.
Partner with contractors and agencies supporting organizational communications, content platforms and meetings/events.
Lead executive communications for the VP of Communications of Janssen Americas and support communications for the Company Group Chairman
Serve as a strategic liaison for a designated Therapeutic Area to synchronize enterprise and TA communications strategy and execution
Collect metrics (Full Intel, Polite mail, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and bit.ly) across EECT Team; manage and distribute quarterly metrics report to inform future strategic priorities.
Develop and manage post-event surveys and create analyses with lessons learned to share with key stakeholders.
Manage logistical support for Enterprise Engagement events and initiatives (GCG Town Halls, Executive Committee visits)
Support special communication projects across the EEC team.
Support development of communication strategies/ messaging in times of change.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required with a preference of study in the areas of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field
Experience and Skills:
Required :
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with developing employee engagement and internal communications
Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven.
Polished presentation, writing and organizational skills.
Builds relationships across stakeholders – internally, externally and spanning global geographies and is able to work up, down and lateral across the organization.
Demonstrated experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing initiatives at an operational level.
