Senior Analyst, Health and Wellness Partnerships:
The primary objective of this position is to support the development and ongoing management of partnerships (primarily related to Health and Wellness), and associated cross-functional teams, which are intended to proactively mitigate regulatory risk and improve corporate reputation, and at the same time connect PepsiCos sustainability and commercial agendas. In coordination with internal teams, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of partnerships with key retail customers. Key tasks under this position are supporting project/operational plans and managing the associated workstreams, including facilitating regular communication with various functions (i.e., nutrition science, marketing, sales, strategy, communications, foundation, etc.) across PepsiCo and with external partners.
This role will report to the Director, Global Partnership Solutions, and will work cross-functionally within PepsiCo, as well as with external companies and organizations, including:
* PepsiCo commercial teams: Supporting development, implementation, and tracking of partnership-based programs
* Global Public Policy team: Lifting and shifting lessons learned and best practices to support global sustainability agenda
* Communications: Developing materials to communicate the impact of partnerships-based programming, to increase awareness (internal and external)
* Customer sustainability teams: Supporting development and implementation of partnership-based programs
* Consultants/agencies: Supporting the development of agency briefs/scopes of work to facilitate program design
Key Accountabilities:
* Support design and implementation of partnership-based programs, including the development of materials for key customers to communicate core elements of partnership proposals
* Support coordination with external consultants and agencies as needed to design and build partnerships in collaboration with internal matrix team. Support development of agency briefs and/or scopes of work as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to track the implementation and impact of core partnerships
* Conduct internal and external research and landscape analyses during the design phase of new partnerships, identifying best practices, key external influencers and players, relevant policies, and funding streams
* Support coordination with colleagues across business units and global markets to identify best practices and develop toolkits to facilitate program development across markets
* Design and produce summaries, reports, maps, memos, and PowerPoint presentations synthesizing information for PepsiCo executives

Qualifications/Requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required:
* Masters degree in health/nutrition policy or marketing and/or combination of related degree(s) and experience preferred
* Bachelors degree required
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience conducting research and analysis and making informed recommendations required
* Experience in nutrition and sustainability policy and regulation a plus
* Marketing experience (formal or informal) preferred
* Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills, both written and verbal required
* Demonstrated experience developing summaries, reports, or presentations synthesizing complex information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
* Excellent project management skills and demonstrated experience leading projects to completion while prioritizing daily accountability required
* A Hands-on team player must be willing to take part in the execution and work collaboratively to achieve excellent results
