As the primary logistics contact internally, Production Operations steers the daily workflow activities within the factory, managing operations processes and people to achieve a quality output. Focused on achieving the required level of production on an hour-to-hour, daily, monthly and yearly basis, we oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations. To do this, we work with a range of internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, Distribution and IT.

What you’ll achieve
As a Production & Assembly Representative, you will install parts according to the build instructions and testing to ensure proper function per the customer’s system specification and work with the repair team to troubleshoot systems.
You will:
Perform chassis/cab level configurations per customer specification.
Complete disk drive assembly/teardowns/conversions on various drive types.
Performs periodic inventory scans and assist with cycle counts.
Provide training assistance to other associates as needed.
Assist in collecting requested data and communicating results to leadership.
