You will provide Workday production support and lead project efforts to include advanced system design and configuration, complex report design, troubleshooting processed transactions, data analysis and testing. As the Sr. HRIS Analyst you will support areas like HR, Compensation, Time & Attendance, Performance, and more, reporting to the HRIS Manager. You will have demonstrated hands-on advanced Workday configuration and report writing experience in HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, Learning, Payroll, and Benefits.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive Workday production support skillsets to include user support, system support, system configuration, monitoring end-user data input, identifying control opportunities, and implementing solutions, and resolving user issues.
Help resolve technical or process issues affecting HR/Benefits/Payroll that result in making updates to configuration.
Be a Workday subject matter expert including complex design and configuration with the ability to explain system configuration, data, and findings to a non-technical audience.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to develop configuration and reporting documentation, i.e., development specs, configuration timelines and testing plans to support any configuration and development work.
Provide feedback and solutions for process and system improvements.
Use existing applications (Workday, PeopleSoft) and determine methods to integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports.
Experience extracting, converting and loading data in and out of Workday; leveraging reporting and EIBs.
Work as a liaison with business partners and HRIS colleagues to monitor customer inquiries and resolve customer issues related to production support.
Participate in the semi-annual Workday system update process, implementation of new functionality.
Maintain understanding of industry best practices in HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration.
Perform related tasks as assigned to include projects, data audits, and EIB loads.
Basic Qualifications:
Required: 3+ years of experience in an HRIS Analyst role
Required: 2+ years of Workday experience including system configuration and report writing
Experience in PeopleSoft HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Performance and Learning
Experience with HR, Benefits and Payroll functions and data
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
Experience summarizing and translating complex information from a variety of sources in an easy format that is audience appropriate
Bachelor's Degree in business, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
