Job Description

We are looking for a talented MRC Team Leader to join our Manufacturing Rebuild Center in Dallas, TX.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Perform the duties of an Operator in the area they lead while providing instruction and direction to other Operators in a safe environment.

Learn and explain the Health, Safety and Environment standards, policies, and procedures to the Team while coaching Team to maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Ensure quality performance by explaining importance of engine build documentation to Operators and performing quality inspections.

Act as Liaison between Team and Supervisor to remove any barriers that restrict the Team’s success and ensure deadlines are met

Team Leaders are expected to always demonstrate behaviors aligned with Cummins Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Mechanical knowledge, diesel engine experience preferred. Ability to use power tools, remove/install external diesel engine and generator components.

Must own standard/basic tools or willing to purchase/invest in tools.

Must be able to physically lift, stand, squat, kneel frequently, wear required personal protective equipment as required and operate forklifts preferred.

Must be able to physically lift 35 pounds frequently and unassisted.

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

DMV Report required.
