Torrent Technologies is seeking a Client Relationship Management – Senior Specialist, multiple locations.

What can you expect?
Serves as client executive on assigned flood insurer client accounts. Assists senior level colleagues with maintaining and expanding large or complex client accounts to refine and develop technical and managerial sales and client management skills as well as gain exposure.
Works to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and addresses escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner with key internal and external stakeholders so as to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction.
Analyzes and conceptualizes client and/or flood industry quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights for assigned accounts.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to scope and implement projects, system and process enhancements, and flood industry resources to address client and prospective account needs and growth opportunities.
Nourishes and grows professional network within client organizations.
Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.

What you need to have:
4 year degree in business administration or related field
5+ years in insurance in a client management role
Well versed in flood and property insurance principles
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients
Experience with running and interpreting analytics and completing financial analysis in Excel
Ability to travel to client offices, industry conferences and Torrent/Marsh offices
