About the role
ShowingTime+ is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to work closely with the marketing, product development, business operation teams, and sales teams to advance our value propositions across multiple products and further develop the roadmap that identifies industry difficulties, competitive offerings, product fit and go-to-market strategies. In this role you will be a key member of the marketing team passionate about growing both new and existing products.
You will have the opportunity to:
Develop a deep understanding of how our professional agent partners can use our ShowingTime+ products to simplify their lives and stand out in competitive markets.
Use research and metrics to build detailed value propositions that will influence and refine product roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
Partner with product teams to build the product roadmap and a strategy that brings those products to market in new and effective ways.
Partner with the business operations team to guide the pricing and packaging options for different ShowingTime+ products.
Design the feedback loop with Sales team to iterate on the customer needs, concerns, and key motivations from input on the ground
Own key business goals that are required for both growth and retention.
Collaborate with marketing team members to help shape messaging, working together to identify assets and strategies that will effectively communicate a product’s value.
Be the spokesperson for ShowingTime+ products internally, gathering support among the rest of the organization and pushing initiatives forward!
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $125,500.00 - $200,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Demonstrate a proven record of leading through ambiguity and building a feedback loop across product, sales, and business operations.
Can lead research planning and UX strategy and quickly build deeper insights from qualitative and quantitative research.

Confident communicator, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

5-7 years of experience in product marketing or product manager roles
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent field
