In this exciting role as a project coordinator, you will provide executive support to the SVP and President, U.S. Market and communications and event support for the U.S. Market.  The U.S. Market is an exciting growth enabler, delivering an outstanding customer experience through strategic partnerships, new channels, new go-to-market models, and commercial excellence – enabling growth, efficiencies and share gain across Medtronic.  Our cultural mindset centers on continuous improvement, drive for results, inclusion and diversity, and having fun!

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Provides executive support including calendaring, travel management, process management, etc.
Provides communications support, including executive organization charts, distribution lists, shared organization calendar, message distribution, etc..
Provides project management and onsite logistics coordination for meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
Monitors project status, budgets and timetables.
Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program and event guidelines and procedures.
Gathers and compiles information for reports.
Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of project and/or administrative support experience

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and tools
