Job Description
Graphic Designer
experience designing projects, including print, social media graphics, and digital design. Extremely organized self-starter, who works well under pressure. We are looking for someone that can work independently but is also team player with good energy!

Essential Responsibilities (not limited to):
Capacity to handle multiple assignments simultaneously — excellent time management and project management skills
Delivering strategically creative ideas from concept through design execution for projects: package design (brown box), print/digital advertising, amazon galleries, promos, product catalogs & website designs.
Work with Art Director on determining the specific voice of the project with the understanding of the channel and demographics associated with the product.
Select colors, images, text style, and layout that complement the messaging needs
Color correct, silo, mask, retouch images that identify the specific features of a product and convey a clear and concise message
Help maintain and evolve the brand’s visual guidelines and standards by researching best industry practices
·Ability to translate creative ideas into concise, business-oriented content
Strong layout and typography skills, with a great attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with the creative team
Requirements:
Provide sample work, portfolio, website*
3+ years of experience in Design/ Creative position
Must Have: Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Desired Tools: Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate
Successfully manage projects from conception to execution
Experience successfully managing competing priorities and solving time-sensitive problems
