Position Summary
This position performs multiple high-level financial and operational accounting functions.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Responsible for closing financial books in accordance with financial reporting deadlines.
Review business transactions and prepare related journal entries for business transactions.
Responsible for inventory reconciliations comparing RightAngle to 3rd party statements. This involves researching reconciling items and corresponding with both internal personnel and third parties to resolve differences.
Provide requested information as needed for internal and external audits.
Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Exhibit ethical integrity.
Regular attendance at the worksite is required.
Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required; advanced knowledge of Excel is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills are required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Good interpersonal skills; able to work with different departments, external contacts and with various levels of company personnel and must be a team player
Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
Must be dependable with a stable work history.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.

Experience/Education:
Bachelors degree in Accounting is required.
Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience is required.
CPA or CPA eligible preferred.
Public Accounting experience is a plus.
Experience in midstream oil and gas industry is a plus.
Right Angle experience is a plus.
Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.

NGL Energy Partners LP, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the crude oil logistics, water solutions, liquids, retail propane, and refined products and renewables businesses. The Crude Oil Logistics segment purchases crude oil from producers and transports it to refineries for resale at pipeline injection stations, storage terminals, barge loading facilities, rail facilities, refineries, and other trade hubs; and provides storage, terminaling, trucking, marine, and pipeline transportation services. The Water Solutions segment is involved in the treatment and disposal of wastewater generated from crude oil and natural gas production operations; disposal of solids, such as tank bottoms, drilling fluids, and drilling muds, as well as performs truck and frac tank washouts; and sale of recovered hydrocarbons.
The Liquids segment supplies natural gas liquids to retailers, wholesalers, refiners, and petrochemical plants in the United States and Canada through its 21 terminals, as well as offers terminaling and storage services. The Retail Propane segment sells propane, distillates, and equipment and supplies to end users consisting of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial customers, as well as resellers.
The Refined Products and Renewables segment markets gasoline, diesel, ethanol, and biodiesel products; and purchase and delivers refined petroleum and renewable products. This segment also purchases and markets unfinished gasoline blending components for subsequent blending into finished gasoline for third parties. NGL Energy Holdings LLC serves as the general partner of the company. The company was founded in 1940 and is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
