The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with cross functional leadership to understand executive level strategic goals and work with multiple teams at different levels to identify KPIs and actionable metrics for key levers. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for applying process design to support change management and improve processes. 

How you will make an impact:

Gather information on existing processes. 
Performs analysis on current capabilities versus desired capabilities. 
Tests processes, document and communicate results. 
Applies process design, mapping, and quality assurance tools to define processes. 
Conducts testing to ensure standard processes, policies, guidelines, and templates are being utilized. 
Executes metrics to measure process effectiveness. 
Interviews associates to document workflows. 
Assists in training associates on new processes. 
Authors processes and procedures, templates, and guidelines. 
Facilitates process design meetings. 
Executes implementation plans for new processes. 
Identify areas of opportunity in current operational state and help improve or innovate new processes.
Conducts Discovery status reviews, consolidates metrics, and performs follow-up activity as required to ensure accurate status reporting. 
Works with Business and IT SMEs on helping areas articulate needs to the department and documents needs statement and requirements. 
Partners with Business and IT leadership to understand executive level KPI / Metrics and strategic objective needs.
Partner with various stakeholders across the org to map data source needs and establish connection to executive level dashboard.
Expertise in data visualization.
Passion for using data to guide decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years experience authoring and analyzing technology processes; process/maturity models in the applicable domain (ITIL, CMMI, Six Sigma, COBIT); with process design, mapping, quality tools, and organizational change management concepts; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. If this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a 'sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions. Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions. Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Knowledge of process modeling languages such as Process Definitional Language (XPDL) and models such as Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer (SIPOC) strongly preferred. 
Experience with portfolio management software strongly preferred.
Excels in managing and integrating diverse data sources.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
