Senior Client Value Analyst

Job Description

This position is responsible for developing and supporting the presentation of the value of services provided by ENGIE Impact to its clients.  This position will also support the Client Management organization in mining data to support the identification and development of opportunities for clients.  Focus on data quality to ensure outcomes are properly accounted for and reported to clients on a regular basis.  Acts as an advocate for client value, working to assure the operational business units understand required deliverables and outcomes to meet reporting obligations and achieve client satisfaction.

Function 

Responsible for supporting and presenting the value of services provided by ENGIE Impact:

Assemble and maintain a thorough understanding of our reporting requirements with specific knowledge of all deliverables, delivery dates, and measures of success.

Design and deploy systems and processes for use in managing client deliverables.

Requires ability to be persistent in obtaining client value information from ENGIE Impact business unit to integrate into the overall client value reporting structure.

Assist in identifying and establishing key client value metrics to present the value of our ENGIE Impact services.

Reviewing data integrity and facilitating corrections as need.

Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to enhance our client value reporting.

Running periodic reports as required to meet management reporting requirements.

Verify data for accuracy

Use of Power Point for presentation of materials, should be able to follow style guides

Assist in the mining of information from our ENGIE Impact data sources to support ad-hoc reporting requests.

Support the Client Management organization in meeting sales quotas and maintaining client satisfaction through the effective use of data to identify, develop and execute opportunities.

Work to support the development and roll out of processes aimed at efficiently and accurately collecting data from the various business units to support reporting on client value metrics.

All other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Other combinations of experience/education may be considered.

Requires in depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word PowerPoint and Outlook).

Minimum of five years of related experience or demonstrated experience in other analytical capacities required.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets – specifically formulas and pivot tables.

Familiarity with Access databases, SQL Server, web development tools.

Experience with report design and statistical analysis in a business or corporate environment.

Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

Must possess strong computer skills involving Excel, Word, and Power Point, plus capability to work in a database environment to run reports and queries.

Demonstrated ability with project coordination and time management, along with analytical and problem solving skills.

Requires ability to work independently with limited direct supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
