What does the job entail?
Institutional Client Group Bankers are responsible for developing, marketing, and delivering the bank’s wide range of products and services to Latin American financial institution clients.
Responsibilities
Create relationships that will drive new deposit gathering opportunities within the Institutional Banking group.
Identify potential new business opportunities and provide the appropriate solutions.
Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation.
Understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position BBVA solutions.
Promote sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments.
Develop strategic sales plan for retention and expansion of clients.
Manage sales process to include proposal and implementation.
Education/Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related area with a minimum of ten years of corporate banking experience. Work experience MAY substitute for the education requirement.
