The Product Manager will be responsible for executing Nurse Experience tactics and shaping strategies for Cell Therapy Nurses, Community Oncology Nurses and Advanced Practice Providers (APP). The role will also have some responsibility for patient tactics. This role is an integral part of a coordinated customer experience strategy. The Product Manager will report to the Product Director, Nurse Experience.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing strategy and executing tactics in support of the Nurse Strategic Plan.
Leading execution of innovative tactics for Nurse/APPs advocacy, advisory boards & congress, including the development of related collateral.
Working collaboratively and efficiently with external agencies and key internal groups within the organization (AOR, Advocacy, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Procurement, Public Relations, Sales Training, and Sales).
Leading presentation of materials, content, and programs to the Copy Approval Committee for revisions, updates, and approvals for Nurse. Serve as the Legal, compliance, and regulatory lead for Nurse and Patient.
Highly skilled in working cross-functionally with key internal partners to develop tailored resources that integrate shared strategies and critical success factors.
Achieve all goals and objectives in partnership with Alliance Partners in a co-promote environment
Actively lead and contribute to Patient Experience Team responsibilities, including field engagement (rollout of resources during meetings), field communication plan lead, training initiatives (shaping objectives) and select nurse events along with culture-building activities.
Development of a metrics strategy and reporting process for all Patient and Nurse Experience activities
Qualifications
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree is required: An Advanced degree is helpful
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, with 2 years of pharmaceutical and marketing experiences/knowledge preferred
Experience in oncology/hematology is preferred
Should be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall eye for business
Capable of leading and prioritizing multiple priorities and strong analytical abilities
Ability to think strategically
Interpersonal flexibility to optimally get along with a broad range of personnel, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are preferred
Vendor Management experience preferred
Be able to partner and influence across functions and organizations to drive business goals
This role is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 30% domestic and some international travel
