Job Description Details:

TS SC Finance Manager SAP/ERP will partner with the finance and supply chain organizations to build, enhance and support SAP applications. He/She will be responsible for the design and delivery of Supply Chain Finance SAP (Financial and Controlling) projects and integration with other systems which requires the use of specialized technical & functional knowledge.

Primary responsibilities include: Design and Deployment of SAP Finance projects, support the Supply Chain financial product flows, and provide escalation support on SAP Finance and the integration of the platforms with corporate SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires a combination of finance business process and technology expertise. As Manager, you will collaborate with Business Unit IT partners to lead upstream/downstream system impact and interfaces.

This role will report directly to the JJT Supply Finance Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:

TS Supply Chain Manager Finance will:

Leads Design and Delivery of SAP Finance solutions. This role requires a broad in-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) module, and integration with SAP and Non SAP Systems.
Responsible for reviewing user stories, preparing user story functional document specifications, review technical specifications and coordinate required development activities. Leads to create or modify system specifications or test scripts to complete project implementation.
The incumbent will be responsible to configure SAP system with the functionality defined in the business requirements and participate in integration and user acceptance testing of RICEF’s.
Leads the assessment of the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and provides appropriate recommendations based on industry trends and existing design.
Manage the AS budget for the delivery of the service and be responsible for reporting on service performance to leadership and customers.
Captures customer insights to improve Supply Chain Finance projects throughout design & delivery and delivers continuous improvement recommendations to service owners. Conduct impact analysis on process/tools coming from new/enhanced services.
Assists in knowledge transfer to team members and organizations after successful delivery of the service.
Performs assessments of customer demand and partners with order analysts to deliver estimates and quotes for SAP FI CO design and delivery service(s) to the customer
Plan, select, and schedule approved vendors to deliver the service. Oversee the work of vendor resources throughout a project. Provide guidance and expertise to team members in executing the projects/enhancements. 
Develop service improvement plans and/or run service improvement initiatives
Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required.

Qualifications

Required:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years of Information Technology experience
A minimum of 5 years of SAP experience within FI-CO  
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in SAP FI CO (Finance and Controlling Solution)
Cross functional experience and experience with integration with MM, SD, PP modules
A demonstrated understanding of financial business processes
The ability to lead a team of professionals and external consultants
Problem solving and process improvement skills

Preferred:

Advanced understanding of J&J I/T's technology standards and strategies
Experience supporting businesses within Pharma, Consumer industry is highly desirable. 
S4 HANA SAP Finance knowledge and experience
SAP Product Costing with Material ledger experience.
FSCM knowledge and experience.
Experience working in Gxp environment
Individual must be proficient in creating defects and test scripts using HPALM or JIRA.
