Job Description

Facebook is seeking an Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit Family of Applications team to help drive internal audits, with a focus on business opportunities, including payments. We are looking for a highly qualified internal audit professional with strong audit, technical and project management skills.

Internal Auditor Business Opportunities Responsibilities

* Participate in ongoing enterprise risk assessment process and inform audit plan to address high risk areas for business interfaces

* Work with product and engineering teams on an ongoing basis as they launch new products and product features to ensure product changes are in line with existing compliance requirements

* Participate in complex operational audits and control design reviews for ads products and proprietary in-house built systems from risk assessment, planning, execution, remediation, and post remediation validation

* Deliver progress updates and audit results to Internal Audit management and cross-functional stakeholders

* Anticipate potential roadblocks and issues and provide suggestions and alternatives

* Integrate with cross-functional internal auditors to ensure alignment on audit work

* Build subject matter expertise in industry areas and stay up-to-date on technological developments

* Promote automation in completion of audit testing and innovate new ways of executing projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audits

* Draft risk-based audit reports and recommendations to improve control processes to executive management that clearly present audit results

* Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across Facebook with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Operations

Minimum Qualifications

* 3+ years of Internal Audit experience

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, management information systems, or related field

* Demonstrated experience of project management practices, tooling, and executing audit projects through their lifecycle

* Experience in auditing proprietary in-house built systems and working with internet scale data reporting analysis

* Proficient with SQL or other programming languages

* Problem-solving skills that demonstrate creativity and logical thinking to reach a solution

* Proven communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years in a technology sector, public company, and/or professional services assurance experience
